Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Kaseon (https://kaseon.myshopify.com/) and fulfilled by:

We ship phone cases and related accessories from Bulgaria to customers across Central and Eastern Europe. This policy applies to consumer (B2C) purchases only.

1. Your Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts on the day:

  • you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods; or

  • if shipped separately, on the day you receive the last item in your order.

This right is based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal?

To cancel your order, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form in Section 10, but this is not required.

Your withdrawal is valid once you have sent your notice—even if we receive it later.

3. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal:

  • You must return the goods to us no later than 14 calendar days after the day you informed us.

  • Returns must be sent to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the proof of postage.

4. Condition of Returned Items

You may handle the product only as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality—similar to how you might inspect it in a physical store.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

  • Excessive wear, scratches, signs of prolonged use, missing parts or damaged packaging may reduce your refund.

We kindly ask (but do not legally require) that you return items with their original packaging and accessories to speed up processing.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect:

  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If we delivered (after inspection from our side that proves it):

  • a defective item,

  • a wrong model or colour, or

  • a product that arrived damaged,

then we will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods (Legal Guarantee)

Your purchase is protected by the statutory EU legal guarantee for lack of conformity.

If your product:

  • arrives damaged,

  • has a manufacturing defect, or

  • does not match the description or model ordered,

please contact us as soon as possible at edmsalted@abv.bg with photos and your order number.

Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to one of the legally required remedies:

  • Repair (if possible)

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Full refund

Subscription Box Ltd. will bear all necessary costs associated with these remedies.

7. Refunds – Amount and Timing

If you withdraw from the purchase within the legal period:

  • We will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost (but not the cost of optional premium delivery methods).

  • Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

  • However, we may delay the refund until:

    • we receive the goods back, or

    • you provide proof that you have returned them,
      whichever comes first.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

If the goods are returned with diminished value due to improper handling, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund in line with EU law.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot exercise the 14-day withdrawal for:

  • Customised or personalised phone cases (e.g., cases with your own photo, name, initials, custom graphics/text).

These items cannot be reasonably resold and therefore fall under the EU exemptions to withdrawal rights.

This exception does not affect your right to return defective or non-conforming personalised items.

9. Cross-Border Consumer Rights

Because Kaseon sells to EU/EEA countries:

  • Your core rights regarding withdrawal, refunds and defective goods are harmonised at EU level.

  • If mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence exceed our policy, those protections apply.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you enjoy under EU or national law.
